I'm still on the brain dead side so today I have a game you can play if you like. The jumble above creates a word we all know plus there are 22 other words possible using these letters. The underline dashes represent how many letters in each possible word (i.e, there are 10 three letter words, etc...) For the sake of anyone who wants to play after you post, don't put any of the words in your responses to this exciting, challenging, laugh a moment blog. I'll post all the words later today. Have a wonderful today.

I think I found five. ROFL.
Fun blog. I'll come back and look again later when I've had more coffee. ;)
For a minute there, Alice, I thought you'd gone all dyslexic on us! You know, still an intelligent gal, but a little mixed up in the correct-letter-order- department. LOLOL (just teasin')
Seriously though, I hope your brain deadness goes away soon and that you're feeling tip-top! Garlic and Vitamin C, baby! Suck it down for good health! Mmm, appetizing. Yeah?
Thanks for providing the "laugh a moment blog" for us even though you're a bit out of it. :)
Hang in there! (((Big Squeeze)))
Finally, something I'm good at without having to work intensely hard at it! LOL!
Unfortunately, I followed the example of the mixed up letters in my first comment (which I deleted) and had to fix those errors and post a comment that hopefully doesn't have a bazillion spelling errors. :)
I figured out 18 in a few minutes. Now I need to get on with my "to do" list.
What fun, Alice! (((HUGS)))
Eli -- you can do better than that! Get your daughter to help you...
Piper, aw, come on, you didn't even try to get a couple? Hint, hint, there are words we're all very familiar with in there....
You done squeezed the stuffin' right outta me.
Genene -- I hope you get the rest of them, you're so close!
I thought for sure Karen would tear right through these, too.
My brain's not working right today. Not sure I understand this game.
RWETEIR = WRITER + E ?
Okay, I got 8 words.
Gah, I feel like I'm playing Wheel of Fortune. Can I buy another vowel?
Hey!! I played...
I just didn't say anything because I thought we were supposed to keep quiet about it so others could play too. I got 18 first thing, just like Genene. But as you can see, I was awake a lot longer than Eli when I tried it this morning. LOL
Karen-- WTF kind of math is that? ROFLMAO!!!!
It's the NEW math. ;)
Someone must post the answers. Please!
Karen -- You guys are too funny. Mo more vowels, but hey, there are wonderful parting prizes for anyone who wins. All you have to do is get all the words and pick door one, door two, or door three (yes, I know I am mixing my game shows.) Tell me which number you choose and I will tell you what you have won, purely in a cyber kind of way.
Okay, I just wrote down what's behind the doors. I should have figured out from the beginning that everyone works better when there's a prize, even if it doesn't really exist!
Wow, these are great prizes...
I should say two are great prizes, one is so-so. Isn't that what they always do? I like being game show girl.
Wow, VannAlice, you're a terrific game show girl. Just wish we could see what sort of elegant dress you're wearing for this one.
And I don't play anything to win. I just like to play. :) That's why I don't care about sports I suppose. Who cares who wins? As long as they got to play. (I know, I know, that's sooo lame.)
Karen-- Ohhhhh, that's what kind of math it was. Must ponder that one. Hmm... Oh look, your fortune cookie says... Stick to graphics work and leave math alone. roflmao!!!
Vanalice is wearing a brown sweater and jeans. Verryy sexy.
Okay, as a teaser, this is one of the glorious prizes you can play for:
*a custom designed office built to your specifications*
Wow, can you believe it! $$$$$ no object, fully equipped, hold on baby, it's behind door one, two or three.
23 little words....
Okay, if I decide to play to win can I have this... *custom designed office built to your specifications*... built somewhere besides my house so I can stick my DH in it and send him off to it everyday to work? I THAT HE HAS AN OFFICE AT HOME!!! Sorry for the shouting. But really, one can only take so many times of having to listen to one-sided phone calls and an update every 1/2 hour about what's happening in the publishing world that HE lives in.
Would he like it if I updated him on the one I live in? UGH!! Good thang he's so dang cute!!
OOOhhh, Vanalice, your outfit sounds very sexy, indeed. ;) Or at least comfy.
Piper, LOL. You get all 23 words and you can the office built on the moon if you want!
Too, too funny!
Spoiler alert, list follows, don't read if you want to play the game:
tie, tee, ire, wit, wee, wet, ewe, ere, err, ret, tier, tire, tree, wire, weir, were, writ, ewer, rite, write, writer, retire, rewrite
Ahem...
ewer? As in..."That pile of dog doo-doo looks ewer than the one over there????"
And please, oh great one, define ret. All that comes to my simple mind is Rhett Butler. (And I know that ain't it!)
Eli -- Oh, snarky one.
ret: soak plant fibers
ewer: large jug with a wide pout (I actually knew that one.)
Moi? Snarky?
Never.
MAN!!!!! The fun's over and I'm just getting to the party!
I've been running errands and attending meetings all day. And I like this kind of game. But since the answers have been tossed out here, I'll opt out.
Alice, I love your new name! Vannalice! I think it fits you nicely! Leave it to Piper to give you such a nifty name.
It has been as much fun reading all the comments as it would have been to play the game.
And I would have played if this morning when I saw, from my blog, a new one was up and clicked- there was the misspelled word and then it said blog unknown- so I figured someone had hacked up our blog and didn't go back to it before I left for town. Teaches me a lesson!
I missed out, but I would have failed horribly anyway. I can't do those things. My husband can do the jumble in two minutes. I stare and stare and get nothing. I must have a broken synapse in my brain. Now, give me a Soduku puzzle...
Ewer I knew. Ret was new.
Paty -- while I was composing the blog this a.m., I prematurely hit send and it posted the unfinished blog for about a minute and then took it down. I wonder if that's what you saw. Listen, no one claimed any of the prizes and so they are still "here." How about a new challenge?
ABUURE
8 three letter words
4 four letter words
1 five letter word
Good luck!
Kendra, if we ever do it again, just give it to the dh....
hope the rewrites are going well.
